Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Unfortunately due to high costs we are unable to offer this service for deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 business days. International orders depends upon destination.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by email.

Returns Policy Returns

UK

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days unworn, original condition and packaging (e.g. box, tags) for a full refund of the goods. We will be unable to accept the return of any item when these instructions have not been followed.
We will not refund your postage costs for returning the goods to us. Please include your 'Packing List' document. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.


Customers outside the UK

If returning from a NON-EU country please do NOT use a courier service as there will be clearance fees; we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you.
You must write "RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER" on the customs form and parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charge. Customers are responsible for returning the shoes and paying the cost.

Damaged goods

In the event of goods being damaged in transit, the customer must notify The Company within 48 hours of receipt of goods otherwise no liability can be accepted by The Company.
Damaged goods should be returned unused to arrive at Reads, 34 South Street, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 3NQ within 10 days of receipt of goods by the customer.
Where goods are damaged in transit, The Company will replace immediately on receipt of damaged goods being returned. Postage and Packaging costs will be refunded if valid postage receipt sent along with damaged item.



None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
